Spicy, cutting and trashy sound, with fast decay and medium sustain. Volume with excellent presence and projection of metallic sounds, with very high articulation, responding very quickly in sound and dynamics at any playing intensity. It serves as a softer, fuller china cymbal, very good for crash/ride patterns. Not suitable for very heavy music styles. Perfectly suited for recordings in search of more tonal control.
